Refund policy

1. Eligibility for Returns

Items must be unused, unwashed, in original condition with tags attached and in its original packaging.

You shall also have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Returns must be initiated within 5 days of delivery.

Final sale items, gift cards, and personalized/custom products cannot be returned.

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, gift cards and personalized/custom products.

2. How to Initiate a Return

Contact us at contact@qlooch.com with your order number and reason for return.

We will provide a return authorization and shipping instructions.

Returns will need to be sent to the company address.

Ship the item back to us within 2 days of approval.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

3. Refund Process

Refunds are processed within 2 days after receiving and inspecting the item.

Once your return item is approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method (excluding shipping fees) within 10 business days.

Please note that it can take a few days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

4. Exchanges

Exchanges are only available for size or color changes of the same item.

If the desired item is unavailable, we will issue a store credit.

Please note that the fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, contact us within 2 days with unboxing videos and pictures of the defective product, along with images of the original packaging.

We will provide a free replacement or full refund at no extra cost.

6. Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure delivery.

7. Cancellations

Cancellations will only be possible if and till the order has not been dispatched from our warehouse.
